Women’s Fitness Sessions

Wednesdays 10.30 – 11.30 am, Exeter Street Hall

Movement, stretches, and exercises that promote good posture and strong central control. All done to music.

Come and join a small but enthusiastic band of local women. All ages welcome.

(Bring a mat or blanket for the lying down exercises.)

Cost: £5 per session + a small annual membmership fee.
